LOS ANGELES, June 22 (UPI) -- Sofia Vergara shared a makeup-free selfie over the weekend. The 42-year-old actress impressed fans with her youthful looks in a poolside photo on Instagram, writing, "A little sun before heading to Mexico lindooooo today !!! are u packed @reesewitherspoon."

Vergara previously told Today hosts Kathy Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb she would never leave the house without makeup on, joking Columbian women give birth in full makeup. The pair marveled over Vergara's selfie on Monday's episode, comparing her to a young Denise Richards.
Vergara and Witherspoon recently co-starred in Anne Fletcher (27 Dresses) comedy Hot Pursuit, which opened in theaters in May. The pair appeared on Mexican news program Primero Noticias following their arrival in Mexico.
Vergara currently stars as Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on ABC sitcom Modern Family, which was renewed for a seventh season in May. The series follows an extended family in the Los Angeles area, and co-stars Ty Burrell, Julie Bowen and Sarah Hyland.
