LOS ANGELES, June 19 (UPI) -- Kelly Osbourne angered fans by mocking the Rachel Dolezal race controversy Thursday.

The 30-year-old British television personality donned a curly-haired wig and imitated Dolezal's smile in an Instagram photo she captioned, "#CallMeRachel #MyCasualLook."

Many reacted poorly to the post, with one person writing, "Quits fashion police because she doesn't want to make fun of people's looks. Then makes fun of that wanna be black chicks look. Please." Osbourne left E! series Fashion Police in February after co-host Giuliana Rancic made fun of actress Zendaya's dreadlocks.

Dolezal first made headlines last week after it was revealed she is a white woman who presented herself as black for nearly a decade. Osbourne wrote, "This has utterly shocked me!!! It's a #WholeNewLevelOfWrong," on social media after the story broke.

Osbourne is the second eldest child of Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne, and came to fame with her family on MTV series The Osbournes. She later appeared on season 9 of ABC reality competition Dancing with the Stars, and co-hosted Fashion Police from 2010 to 2015.
