"The moment you're ready to quit is usually the moment right before a miracle happens.... #NoteToSelf #DontGiveUp #HoldOnTight #HaveFaith," she wrote.

Foster was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, and candidly discussed her condition in a blog post in January. She revealed she has lost "the ability to read, write, or even watch TV" due to brain impairment, and admitted to feeling "tired and hopeless" at times.

"I have an undeniable spirit that will continue to fight and travel the world until I have the proper answers," she declared. "I am a firm believe that God often uses our deepest pain as the launching pad of our greatest calling."

Foster is mother to three children, daughters Gigi and Bella Hadid and son Anwar Hadid, by ex-husband Mohamed Hadid. The reality star is currently married to musician David Foster, and often updates fans on her condition on social media.
