LOS ANGELES, May 7 (UPI) -- Witney Carson is happy to have been partnered with Chris Soules on Dancing with the Stars.

The 21-year-old professional dancer shared a sweet message dedicated to the 33-year-old season 19 Bachelor after the pair were eliminated Tuesday on the ABC reality competition. Kym Johnson and Shark Tank personality Robert Herjavec also got the boot.

"To my farmer Joe/Christopher Walkens/Kevin Bacon thank you for your dedication, hard work, and your genuine heart," she captioned a photo of herself with Soules on Instagram.

"Watching you grow and succeed every week was better than any mirror ball trophy," she declared. "Thank you for trusting me, being brave, & most of all the laughs! You are one of a kind, a true friend... Love you always x."

Carson and Soules appeared on Good Morning America following their elimination Wednesday. The former Bachelor star said he is grateful for the "awesome experience," but admitted he is looking forward to returning to fiancée Whitney Bischoff and his farm in Iowa.

Dancing with the Stars season 20 will continue to air Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET. Val Chmerkovskiy and Rumer Wills, Allison Holker and Riker Lynch, Derek Hough and Nastia Liukin, and Sharna Burgess and Noah Galloway remain in competition.
