Sarah Jessica Parker, Matthew Broderick to host Yeats fete for the Irish Repertory Theatre

NEW YORK, May 7 (UPI) -- Broadway star Matthew Broderick and his wife, actress Sarah Jessica Parker, are to host next month's Yeats: The Celebration, New York's Irish Repertory Theatre announced.

This season's gala benefit production is to take place June 8 at The Town Hall in Manhattan. It will commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Nobel Prize-winning poet William Butler Yeats, who is widely regarded as "Ireland's national poet."

The night of poetry, music and song will feature performances by Gabriel Byrne, Terry Donnelly, Olympia Dukakis, Melissa Errico, Peter Gallagher, Colum McCann, Bridget Moynahan, Ciaran Sheehan, John Slattery, J. Smith Cameron, and more to be announced.

The evening's entertainment will be helmed by Charlotte Moore, the theater's artistic director, with musical direction by John Bell.
