SAO PAULO, April 29 (UPI) -- While Vogue Brazil celebrates it's 40th anniversary, Gisele Bündchen is on the cover celebrating 20 years of a successful modeling career.

Bündchen announced that she was going to retire the runway and earlier this month she walked in her last fashion show in her home country of Brazil.

"Automatically my body tells me if what I do is worth it, and it asked to stop. I respect my body, it's a privilege to be able to stop," Tom Brady's wife said about her decision to retire.

She graces the cover of the special edition issue completely naked.

The world's highest paid model, according to Forbes, previewed some of the photos on Instagram from her spread in the magazine, revealing that her wardrobe was minimal.

The Brazilian beauty doesn't plan to quit modeling all together. Yahoo reported that Bündchen told Brazilian newspaper, Folha de Sao Paulo, during fashion week: "I don't see how to continue [modeling on the catwalk]... and stopping will leave room for other projects I have for myself."
