In a video post about body shaming and cyber bullying, Ho tells viewers: "It's something that's been eating away at me for a while now, the hatred and the mean comments that have been swirling around lately, I can't shake it off."

A day after revealing in the video that the negative comments she reads hurt her and even make her cry, Ho posted another video to her channel. This time she can be seen after a workout and scrolling through her comments. The comments first start off being positive and uplifting, but soon enough comments like,"trainer?...really? tone up the belly fat and love handles" show up on the screen. Since the video went viral, now with over 2 million views, Ho told Today.com, "I wanted to show people how I felt when I read those comments. I wanted to do a video of me live-Photoshopping myself to the body that certain people want me to have."

Ho gave more detail on the purpose of making "The Perfect Body" video on blogilates.com saying, "In this video, you will experience what it feels like to be constantly bombarded with outrageous negativity. You will see what it looks like to have your self esteem stripped away. You will read real comments left by real people. You will see me struggle with my own appearance."
