SAN BRUNO, Calif., April 23 (UPI) -- Throwback Thursday leads us to reminisce upon the first-ever YouTube video, "Me at the zoo," uploaded April 23, 2005 -- exactly 10 years ago today.
The 18-second clip features no cats but a calm Jawed Karim, YouTube co-founder, standing in front of an elephant exhibit discussing the animals' "really, really, really long trunks." Albeit boring, the classic video carries over 19 million views and over 100,000 comments.
