INDIO, Calif., April 14 (UPI) -- Coachella can be a little rough, even for the performers.
Singer Florence Welch took to Facebook on Tuesday to announce she broke her foot after jumping off the stage during her performance the night before.

INDIO, Calif., April 14 (UPI) -- Coachella can be a little rough, even for the performers. Singer Florence Welch took to Facebook on Tuesday to announce she broke her foot after jumping off the stage during her performance the night before.
"Unfortunately while this heals, my performances will have to be somewhat stripped back," the Florence + the Machine singer wrote.
"I'm so sorry, I'm pretty devastated, but I still want to do the shows," she said. "I understand this is not what you were expecting, but I hope its just as enjoyable. I'm going to try and make it super special for you."
Welch said she hopes to be back on her feet by time she appears at Britain's Glastonbury Festival, held June 24-28.
"This album was so much about making something from what was broken, so lets see what we can do with this," she wrote.
The singer even included what appears to be an X-ray of her injured foot in the post.
