LOS ANGELES, April 3 (UPI) -- "Sopranos" star Lorraine Bracco said James Gandolfini's death was a wake-up call for her to improve her health.

Gandolfini died at the age of 51 from a sudden heart attack. After his death, Bracco went on a 14-day detox, eliminating all processed foods, sugars, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, alcohol and caffeine. She continued to eat healthily and exercise afterward, losing 35 pounds over the course of a year. She kept the weight off.
