"She drops Liam off in the morning and then spends hours with Harrison," said an insider. "She brings him food and reading material."

Liam is the couple's 14-year-old son.

A preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board stated that Ford's March 5 incident was caused by "substantial damage following a loss of engine power."

The 72-year-old actor suffered gashes to the head and was seen bleeding at the scene, and is expected to make a full recovery.
