Kim Cattrall doesn't consider Jamie Dornan sexy

NEW YORK, March 12 (UPI) -- Kim Cattrall doesn't find Jamie Dornan sexy.

The 58-year-old actress said as much in an interview with The Independent. Cattrall is well-known for her work with boundary-pushing HBO series Sex and the City, but said she doesn't plan to see erotic romance Fifty Shades of Grey because she doesn't find Dornan attractive.

"Maybe it's my age, but he doesn't look like a man to me," she confessed. "He looks like a young boy. I like men to look like men."

"I saw the preview and you know they say in three seconds you can tell if you find someone attractive or not? Well, I just thought, 'No,'" she recalled. "Now, if he were Brendan Gleeson -- well, there's a little something going on there, you know, the twinkle in the eye."

Dornan himself recently acknowledged his youthful looks, telling Glamour, "From when I was 12 to when I was 27, I looked aggressively young for my age. I think that's why I love having a beard -- it's some kind of proof that you're a man."

Cattrall portrayed Samantha Jones on all six seasons of Sex and the City, and returned for movies Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. A third film has long been rumored, but the actress considers the franchise ancient history.

"Well, Sam is behind me in the sense that it's over," she related. "And whatever speculation there is [about a new sequel], there is no script on my desk or anyone else's right now. I miss it sometimes. I feel very nostalgic for it, and the excitement for it."

Cattrall went on to voice Dee on TVtropolis animated series Producing Parker, and appear in theater productions of Private Lives, Antony & Cleopatra and Sweet Bird of Youth. The actress currently stars as Davina Jackson on HBO Canada comedy Sensitive Skin.
