MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., March 5 (UPI) -- Nathan Griffith, the fiance of reality star Jenelle Evans, was arrested for domestic violence on Wednesday.
The Horry County Police Department told E! News in a statement that Griffith was aprehended on "the location where a television show called Teen Mom 2 is being filmed."
"Officers investigated and determined that an assault had taken place, as a result of an argument between two persons who were determined to be household members. Officers arrested one Nathan Griffith, 27 years of age, of Myrtle Beach, S.C. He has been charged with one count of Criminal Domestic Violence and he is presently being held at the Horry County Detention Center."
Griffith's arrest comes on the heels of Evans' detention for driving without a license in February.
Evans is best known for her roles on the MTV series 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom 2. She and Griffith, her fiance, welcomed their first child, a son named Kaiser, in June 2014. The reality star has an older son, Jace, from a previous relationship.
