The 29-year-old model and 36-year-old singer looked the picture perfect couple as they snuggled up on the red carpet. Teigen wore a Zuhair Murad gown with a thigh-high slit and beaded detail, while Legend looked handsome in a requisite black suit.
Legend and Common brought down the house with their performance of "Glory" from Selma at the annual Oscars ceremony. He and Teigen flirted as they arrived at the event, with Legend pretending to frisk his wife in an Instagram photo.
Legend and Common took home Best Original Song for "Glory," a month after earning a Golden Globe for the track in the same category. Teigen's crying face after her husband's win went viral in January, but the model managed to keep her emotions in check on Sunday.
"She's so happy right now," Legend said of his wife to Us Weekly. "She's been crying since I won, but she tried not to do it on camera ... So she didn't do it like she did last time." The performance, however, moved actors Chris Pine and David Oyelowo to tears.
Teigen and Legend have been together since 2007, and married in Italy in September 2013. The couple recently toured their New York apartment for Architectural Digest, and posed for a steamy shoot in bed and the kitchen for the February issue of GQ.
