LOS ANGELES, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- Actress Hilary Duff has filed for divorce from professional hockey player Mike Comrie after more than two years of separation, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The couple wed in 2010 and share a son, Luca, whose third birthday is next month.

TMZ reported Duff moved to legally end their marriage after media reports claimed Comrie was spotted drunkenly propositioning a woman at Mastro's steakhouse in Beverly Hills.
Duff is seeking primary physical custody of their son, but wants Comrie to have visitation.
The actress is best known for her work on the TV series Lizzie McGuire.
