Rick Salomon files for annulment from Pamela Anderson

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Rick Salomon is reportedly seeking to annul his marriage to Pamela Anderson.

The 47-year-old made the request in Las Vegas, a week after Anderson, also 47, filed for divorce a third time. Salomon claimed the marriage is null due to an unspecified fraud, and sources told TMZ the actress somehow tricked him into marrying her.

Solomon is represented by attorney Richard Schonfeld, who secured Britney Spears an annulment from Jason Alexander in 2004. The celebrity poker player is asking the judge to rule there is no community property in the marriage.

Solomon and Anderson previously wed in 2007, and annulled the marriage in 2008, citing fraud. He and the actress married for a second time in January 2014, with Anderson filing for divorce in July 2014 and February 2015.
