New 'Jurassic World' trailer airs during Super Bowl

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Universal dropped another trailer for its fourth installment of the beloved Jurassic Park series during the Super Bowl on Sunday night.

Jurassic World, directed by Colin Trevorrow (Safety Not Guaranteed) and exec produced by Steven Spielberg, stars Chris Pratt as a dinosaur behavioralist who's on hand when another park experiment goes horribly wrong.

The new trailer gives audiences a first look at the film's villain, Indominus Rex, a fearsome hybrid dinosaur designed to draw more visitors to the cash-strapped park.

Jurassic World also stars Bryce Dallas Howard, as an icy-looking park director, Judy Greer, Jake Johnson and B.D. Wong, who will reprise his role as Dr. Wu.

The film hits theaters July 12.
