LOS ANGELES, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Kristin Cavallari is writing new book Balancing on Heels.

The 28-year-old television personality announced the project in an interview with E! News on Wednesday. Cavallari revealed the work will be part-memoir, part-lifestyle book, and is scheduled for release in spring 2016.

"It's basically an intimate look at my life," she shared. "It's going to be a lot of fashion and beauty. Because I'm such a big health nut, it's also going to be health and fitness. And then a lot of recipes because I love to cook and a lot of mommy and wife stuff. So really just everything in my life."

Cavallari spoke to the website at a photo shoot for her new Chinese Laundry shoe collection, and posted a preview of the campaign on Instagram. She confirmed the new book in the caption, and said she is "beyond thrilled" to share the work with fans.
