LOS ANGELES, Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Olivia Munn didn't know Aaron Rodgers played football when they first met.
The 34-year-old actress admitted as much in an interview Wednesday on Conan. Munn recalled her first encounter with the 31-year-old Green Bay Packers quarterback for host Conan O'Brien, and said she was more impressed by his looks than his profession.
"I had no idea," she confessed. "When I met him I said, 'So, what do you do?' He said, 'Oh, I play football.' I go, 'Cool, what college?' He's like, 'Oh, I play professional.' I say, 'Cool, what position?' He's like, 'Quarterback.' 'Cool.' That was kind of it."
Munn and Rodgers have been dating since 2014, and live together in Green Bay, Wis., during the NFL season. The actress declared she "love[s]" the "really comfortable" city, and revealed she frequents local market Maplewood Meats.
"That was pretty exciting," manager Brad Van Hemelryk told the Green Bay Press-Gazette. "We're getting a lot of nice compliments, just kind of reconfirming the unique shopping experience we offer of you picking it out and wrapping it. That's very unique to Green Bay and Wisconsin."
Munn came to fame as a co-host on Attack of the Show!, and subsequently served as a correspondent on The Daily Show. She portrayed Sloan Sabbith on HBO political drama The Newsroom, and will star with Johnny Depp and Gwyneth Paltrow in Mortdecai on Jan. 23.
