BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Jan. 12 (UPI) -- Camila Alves debuted a new, blonder look at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards.
The 32-year-old model showed off her honey-colored highlights in a chignon next to scruffy husband Matthew McConaughey. The 45-year-old actor was nominated for portraying Rust Cohle on HBO drama True Detective, but lost to Billy Bob Thornton in FX series Fargo.
Alves teased the change with a blonde wig photo last week on Instagram, and declared she was "working up the courage to change [her] hairstyle." She posted a picture of her dye job Saturday, and gave a "big thanks to Tracey Cunningham, the best colorist in the world!"
Alves and McConaughey have been together since 2007, and married in Austin, Texas in June 2012. The couple have three children: 6-year-old son Levi, 5-year-old daughter Vida and 2-year-old son Livingston.
Alves came to fame as a model, and was made the face of I.N.C. International Concepts in 2012. McConaughey last appeared as Cooper in Interstellar, and is scheduled for new Gus Van Sant film The Sea of Trees and Civil War-era drama The Free State of Jones.
