Michelle Williams sells Brooklyn brownstone she shared with Heath Ledger

BROOKLYN, N.Y., Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Michelle Williams has sold the ivy-covered brownstone she shared with Heath Ledger in Brooklyn's Boreum Hill neighborhood for $8.8 million.

She listed the home in September for $7.5 million. The four-story home at 126 Hoyt St. features a temperature-controlled wine cellar, radiant heat floors, a three-car garage and a landscaped rooftop garden with a waterfall.

Williams shared the home with Matilda, a daughter she had with Ledger prior to his death from a drug overdose in 2008.
