NEW YORK, Dec. 17 (UPI) -- When Oprah Winfrey visited the Tonight Show on Monday night, Jimmy Fallon reminded the audience that the two had starred together in a 1980s soap opera.

According to Fallon, the pair played Broderick and Valentina Kensington on a show called Midnight Meadows, which had a director that loved to mess around with auto-tune.

"He would change our voices during the scenes. I guess he thought it would make things more dramatic," Fallon told the audience.

That's the set-up for three "episodes" of a Winfrey-Fallon skit, which they gamely performed live, donning their outrageous 80s costumes during the Moonlight Meadows title card.
