Freida Pinto and Dev Patel split after almost six years

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 10 (UPI) -- Actors Freida Pinto and Dev Patel have reportedly ended their relationship after almost six years together.

Sources told Us Weekly that the couple, who met on the set of the Oscar-winning film Slumdog Millionaire in 2008, have "been done for a while."

"Freida is single and happy," an insider told the publication. "Friends are setting her up."

While the date of the breakup has not yet been confirmed, Pinto celebrated her birthday in October at night club in West Hollywood without Patel. She is said to have spent her special day with billionaire Siddharth Mallya.

Before dating the Newsroom actor, who is six years her junior, Pinto was engaged to her former publicist Rohan Antao until January 2009.
