LOS ANGELES, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Minnie Driver has sold her longtime Los Angeles home for $1.5 million. The 44-year-old actress purchased the property for $775,000 in 1998. Driver put the house on the market after buying a nearby $2.46 million home in September. The property was listed with Boni Bryant and Joe Reichling of Sotheby's International Realty.

The Spanish-style house was built in 1926, and has just over 3,000 square feet of living space. The home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the property boasts a dining terrace, courtyard, wine cellar and gardens.
Driver currently stars as Fiona Bowa on NBC sitcom About a Boy. The series is in the midst of a second season, and airs Tuesdays at 9:30 p.m. ET. The actress appeared as Leah on Lifetime miniseries The Red Tent this week.
