LOS ANGELES, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Woody Harrelson and Liam Hemsworth have known each other since they started filming the first installment of the Hunger Games saga, which came out in 2012, but the True Detective star seemed to be unaware the Australian star was related to fellow actor Chris Hemsworth until last year.
In a recently unearthed video from the pair's press tour for the second installment of the Hunger Games saga, Catching Fire, Harrelson reveals -- or jokes about revealing -- he "never guessed" the two actors were siblings despite the fact they share the same last name and good looks.
"I honestly never put that together," Harrelson says in the clip as Liam Hemsworth cracks up laughing.
The Hunger Games co-stars will work together again in director Kieran Darcy-Smith's upcoming western By Way of Helena and recently collaborated along with Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson on a Saturday Night Live skit.
