The 28-year-old star's comments came a day after her lawyer revealed to Access Hollywood that the actress' conservatorship will soon be split between Bynes' mother, Lyn, and a private fiduciary.

According to E! News, the new conservator will be taking care of Bynes' daily needs in terms of her medical care while her mother will remain in control of her estate.

Bynes' parents filled for a conservatorship last month after the She's The Man actress was placed on a second 5150 psychiatric hold following her being accused of shoplifting in NYC and weeks after she was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles.

Earlier this week Bynes revealed on Twitter she's bipolar and manic depressive.
