Carrie Underwood is having a boy; secret is spilled on CMAs

NASHVILLE, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- It's a boy for Carrie Underwood, and she has Country Music Association Awards co-host Brad Paisley to thank for letting the news slip.

In what is clearly a staged skit, Paisley points to Underwood's baby bump and says, "Hey, we could name him Garth!"

Underwood mocks annoyance at the gender slip.

"What are you doing?! What is wrong with you?!" she said. "You've got to be kidding me. Well, you kept that secret for a whole two minutes."

Underwood announced her first pregnancy with husband, NHL player Mike Fisher, on Twitter in September.
