LOS ANGELES, Oct. 29 (UPI) -- Jane Lynch and wife Lara Embry's divorce was finalized Monday in Los Angeles. A judge ordered the 54-year-old actress to pay Embry a lump sum of $1.2 million, in addition to half of her royalties from projects such as Glee. The pair will also split other assets, including an $847,485 bank account, a $315,079 401K and a $56,810 tax refund.

Lynch and Embry met at a fundraiser in 2009, and married in June 2010. The actress cited "irreconcilable differences" when she filed for divorce in July 2013.
Lynch will return as Sue Sylvester for a sixth and final season of Glee on ABC in 2015. The actress is also scheduled to appear alongside Glee co-star Matthew Morrison in David Anderson film After the Reality.
