Cobie Smulders' second pregnancy 'coming along well'

The actress and husband Taran Killam announced they are expecting their second child last week.

NEW YORK, Oct. 29 (UPI) -- Taran Killam says wife Cobie Smulders' pregnancy is "coming along well."

The How I Met Your Mother actress and Saturday Night Live actor, both 32, announced they are expecting their second child last week. Killam spoke to Us Weekly at the Labyrinth Theater Company Celebrity Charades event Monday, and told the magazine Smulders is doing well.

"She is literally my favorite person," he gushed. "We're going to [make the baby's sex] a surprise. Everything's healthy and coming along well."

"We're in the same city, which we haven't been for four years," he said of his wife. "Just literally laying side by side is a treat for both of us. We're really enjoying that."

Smulders and Killam were together for eight years before they married in September 2012. The couple are already parents to five-year-old daughter Shaelyn Cado, who was born in May 2009.

Smulders is best known for her role as Robin Scherbatsky on CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother, and currently stars as Maria Hill on ABC series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The actress will also portray Hill in Avengers: Age of Ultron, which is scheduled for release May 1, 2015.
