LOS ANGELES, Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Khloe Kardashian's divorce remains in a state of stasis.

The 30-year-old reality star filed for divorce from husband Lamar Odom in December 2013, and the 34-year-old NBA star has yet to file a response or sign the papers. A source told People magazine Odom hasn't made the process easy, and sometimes disappears so he can't be reached.

"He needs to sign the papers and he won't," the insider revealed. "He disappears here and there, and she can't find him. She just wants to move on."

Kardashian now has the choice to file a Request to Enter a Default, which would allow her to get the divorce without Odom's participation, or to file a Request for Dismissal, which would cancel her divorce filing.

Kardashian and Odom were together for a month before they married in September 2009. The couple separated in August 2013 amid rumors the NBA star was unfaithful and struggling with a drug problem.

Kardashian has since been linked to rapper French Montana. The pair dated for several months before breaking up in September.
