LOS ANGELES, Oct. 24 (UPI) -- Kat Von D's famed tattoo parlor High Voltage was damaged in a fire that blazed through a West Hollywood strip on Thursday.
According to the LA Times, Von D's shop was one of the two buildings that were damaged in a fire that was reported at around 4 p.m. on the 1200 block of North La Brea Avenue. About 50 firefighters rushed to the scene to battle the flames.
The celebrity tattoo artist became aggressive when local media arrived to cover the fire and can be heard asking videographers to stop filming and to "have some respect," in a video shared by TMZ.
The cause of the fire remains unknown.
