Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling named daughter Esmeralda Amada

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 9 (UPI) -- Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling have managed to keep all the details regarding their newborn daughter under wraps for almost one month, but all that is about change now that the baby's birth certificate has come to light.

TMZ shared a copy of Esmeralda Amada Gosling's birth certificate Thursday, revealing not only her name, but confirming her Sept. 12 birth date.

Reports that Mendes and Gosling had welcome a daughter began on Sept. 16, almost two months after news broke that the actress was seven months pregnant.

The couple began dating in 2011 after co-starring alongside Bradley Cooper in The Place Beyond the Pines.
