"I am very needy for friendship and I hate men. I want to [expletive] them, but I can now say I'm engaged -- get away from me," she told the magazine. "I want to be married and I want to be away from people."

The troubled starlet said she hopes to settle down in New York with Caleb.

According to Bynes, she "really [likes] walking and riding [her] bike, and in California, you need to drive. I really do not enjoy driving. I don't like the way I look in a car. The lighting is very bad."

A wedding is not the only thing she is planning. Bynes is also expecting to start a family after their nuptials and is hoping for boys.

"I want boys, for sure. However many I can pop out," said Bynes. "I don't want a gorgeous girl around. Then I [would] feel way jealous. Ew."

Bynes, who had been reportedly recovering from a psychological breakdown, was arrested for a DUI in September. Following the incident, she announced she was moving to New York City to study psychology.
