LOS ANGELES, Oct. 3 (UPI) -- Kendra Wilkinson says Hank Baskett deserves a second chance.

"This man who I loved for six years, I believe deserves -- and everyone around us... everyone knows that this man deserves a second chance if he did make a mistake," she declared. "And right now I'm working that out."

"I honestly don't have a decision right now [about divorce]," she admitted. "This has been a lot to handle, and a lot for me to think about, especially after giving birth to a baby. But at the end of the day, [Baskett] comes from an amazing place, and amazing background. He's a perfect guy. He's never done me wrong. he's not like some douchebag. He's never treated me wrong. And he's an amazing father."

Wilkinson and Baskett have been together since 2008, and married in June 2009. The couple welcomed their first child, son Hank Baskett IV, in December 2009, and daughter Alijah Mary followed in May. Wilkinson said their children are a pivotal factor in her decision to leave or stay, and admitted the scandal has been hard on their family. Baskett is currently seeking therapy to "figure everything out" and address the issues he's been "struggling" with.
