NEW YORK, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Iggy Azalea will reportedly sue Vivid Entertainment if the company releases her alleged sex tape.

The 24-year-old singer has the name "Iggy" trademarked, and will sue for trademark infringement if the adult entertainment company uses the name to market the video.

Vivid Entertainment CEO Steven Hirsch was approached last week by a person who claimed to have a sex tape of the star. He reached out to Azalea to discuss compensation for the video, but both she and her team denied she had made the tape. Her rep later said any footage was taken without the singer's knowledge or consent, and suggested the star may be underage in the video... if it exists.

Azalea's ex-boyfriend, rapper Hefe Wine, came forward over the weekend to reveal he is the man in the footage. He told TMZ the star was over 18 years old at the time, and said she was aware the tape was being shot. Wine claimed someone stole his computer and obtained the video, but expressed his interest in making a deal to release the tape.

Azalea's alleged sex tape surfaced less than two weeks after Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and other celebrities were targeted in a nude photo hack.
