Jennifer Lawrence spotted in NYC after Nicholas Hoult split

NEW YORK, Aug. 11 (UPI) -- Jennifer Lawrence bared her midriff in a chic crop top during an outing in New York City on Friday.

The sighting of the Oscar-winner came almost one week after it was revealed that she ended her relationship with X-Men: Days of Future Past hunk, Nicholas Hoult.

Lawrence kept a low profile wearing blue jeans and a white-knit crop top while in the Big Apple. The 23-year-old actress accessorized her look with a black hat, a black belt and a matching weekender bag.

Lawrence and Hoult had been together on and off since 2011. The pair first got together while filming X-Men: First Class and reignited their flame while shooting the sequel in July 2013, about five months after their split.

Lawrence will next star opposite Bradley Cooper in the period drama Serena, and is set to reprise her role as Katniss Everdeen in Mockingjay:Part 1 later this year.
