SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y., Aug. 4 (UPI) -- Richard Gere has relisted his Hamptons mansion at $47.5 million.

The 64-year-old actor originally listed the home at $65 million in July 2013, and later reduced the price to $56 million. It is now listed with Douglas Elliman.

The house is named Strongheart Manor, and sits waterfront on 6.3 acres in North Haven village. The property is 19,000 square feet, boasts two guesthouses, 12 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and was built in 1902. Other features include a 60-foot heated pool, a tea house mid-pond and a screened-in porch that spans nearly the length of the house.

Gere and wife Carey Lowell separated after 11 years of marriage in September 2013. The pair plan to divorce, and the actor has been linked to Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi and an unidentified new woman. He will next appear in Time Out of Mind later this year.
