One of Morgan's representatives also told the gossip site that his "personality is certainly starting to come back as well."

Morgan was transported to the hospital on June 7, after the 45-year-old star suffered a broken femur, broken nose and broken ribs in a six-vehicle accident on the New Jersey Turnpike. One of Morgan's friends, comedian James McNair, died in crash.

Kevin Roper, the driver of the Walmart truck that crashed into Morgan's limo, has been charged with one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto.
