NEW YORK, May 28 (UPI) -- Rapper 50 Cent likely wasn't partying like it was his birthday or anyone else's after throwing out the first pitch at the New York Mets game against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday.
The pitch sailed off to the side of the left-handed batter's box and never even approached anywhere close to the catcher or the strike zone.
The left-hander played it off with a smile and Mets announcer Gary Cohen had a laugh while calling the play, "Juuuuuust a bit outside!"
Fiddy decided to troll himself on Twitter after the pitch (although that didn't stop others from teasing him as well).
I'm a hustler not a Damn ball player. LMAO #smsaudio #animalambition http://t.co/0DmMatbYOe

Was 50 Cent's first pitch at Citi Field the worst first pitch ever? http://t.co/24y4RBUKOe via @GoldAndOrSmith pic.twitter.com/vJ5tqHLxmZ

The poor pitch also gave people a chance to rip the Mets and Yankees.
50 Cent would fit right into the Mets' struggling bullpen with this awful pitch http://t.co/IJF5yqhsZz pic.twitter.com/sIc8CfMAlp

Also, Alfonso Soriano probably woulda swung at 50 Cent's first pitch....

Interestingly, even after that horrible pitch, the Mets are still looking at 50 Cent as their No. 2 starter.
