Kendall Jenner purchases $1.4 million condo in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, May 27 (UPI) -- Kendall Jenner is a new homeowner.

The 18-year-old reality star has purchased a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo for just under $1.4 million. TMZ reports Kendall paid $1,399,000 for the property, and also took out a $910,000 mortgage.

The unit is in a high rise building near the Westwood neighborhood in Los Angeles. It has 24-hour valet service in addition to a concierge and doorman, and also features a heated pool, fitness center and social room.

The documents are in mother Kris Jenner's name, but sources say Kendall paid with her own money. Realtor Farrah Aldjufrie, daughter of Kyle Richards of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fame, sold the condo to the Jenners.
