LOS ANGELES, April 27 (UPI) -- Steven Spielberg is the latest director to take on the beloved works of British author Roald Dahl, after Tim Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Wes Anderson's Fantastic Mr. Fox.
The Lincoln director will direct an upcoming film adaptation of the Dahl classic The BFG, in which a young girl befriends a kind-hearted giant, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
