NEW YORK, April 22 (UPI) -- Jennifer Lawrence was spotted Monday in New York City sporting a flirty new bob hairstyle. The 23-year-old actress had cut her hair in November into a short pixie hairdo. She told Yahoo she made the change because her hair "couldn't get any uglier" after years of damage from dyeing and styling.

The star's tresses have grown out almost to her chin, and are cut in choppy layers. She wore her hair in messy loose waves when she stepped out in New York on Monday.
