SYDNEY, April 16 (UPI) -- Prince George was presented with a giant, cuddly toy wombat upon his arrival in Australia.

Governor-general Sir Peter Cosgrove bestowed the gift upon the infant, who smiled as he petted the toy from mother Kate Middleton's arms. Father Prince William, whose nickname was "Wombat" when he was baby George's age, seemed pleased with the present as well.
