'Maps to the Stars' debuts dramatic first trailer

The film is directed by "Crash" and "A History of Violence" director David Cronenberg.

LOS ANGELES, April 15 (UPI) -- Julianne Moore, Mia Wasikowska and Robert Pattinson star in the dramatic first trailer for Maps to the Stars.

John Cusack also stars as millionaire self-help guru Stafford Weiss. His wife, Cristina (Olivia Williams), serves as manager to their young actor son, Benjie (Evan Bird), who recently left rehab. The couple have another child, criminal pyromaniac Agatha (Wasikowska), whom they are estranged from.

Things begin to fall apart for Stafford when Agatha reappears and becomes a personal assistant to his client, actress Havana Segrand (Moore). Agatha's motives are unknown, and the relationship between Agatha and Havana is further complicated when they both become involved with Havana's limo driver, Jerome (Pattinson).

Maps to the Stars is directed by David Cronenberg (Crash, A History of Violence), and will most likely debut at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival. No release date has been set.
