HOLLYWOOD, April 10 (UPI) -- Actor and comedian Bob Saget, perhaps best known for his role as patriarch Danny Tanner on Full House, said he forbid his real-life daughters from watching the hit sit-com.
Despite the family-friendly nature of the television show, he said it was off-limits in his home.
“I kind of forbid them to watch it… it was forbidden,” Saget said.
“It was a kids’ show. It was a lovely, family kids’ show, but I’d done it all day,” he added. “Would you go home and watch a kids’ show after you did it all morning?”
Saget is most recently known of his voice-over work as the older Ted Mosby in How I Met Your Mother and just released a new memoir, Dirty Daddy.
