Cruz was released just two days later, due to prison overcrowding, and allegedly headed straight back to the pop star's Calabasas house.

On Monday, Los Angeles County officials slapped Cruz with a felony charge and another misdemeanor charge of violating of a criminal protective order. He faces four years in prison.
