Kesha walked the red carpet for the United States' 60th Anniversary Gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles on Saturday.

It marked the pop singer's first red-carpet appearance since leaving a Chicago-area treatment facility early this month.

Sporting a shorter haircut with green and pink highlights, the 27-year-old looked healthy in a floor-length shimmery black gown.

"Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music," Kesha tweeted after leaving rehab March 6 -- and dropping the "$" in her name. "I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me."

Just a day later, she shared a photo of herself playing in the sand at the beach wearing a shirt that read, "I'm a survivor."

The "Timber" singer entered rehab in January, saying in a statement that she suffered from an eating disorder and wanted to "learn to love myself again."
