Mick Jagger appears as the sole beneficiary in his girlfriend fashion designer L’Wren Scott’s will.

News of the will comes a day after Scott's funeral was held in Los Angeles, her body was cremated and the ashes will reportedly be split between her family and Jagger.

"I have some of her ashes,” said her brother, Randall Bambrough. “Some of those ashes, they will be buried near our parents here in Utah. And there will be a ceremony, date to be determined, in Utah for all family members who will have an opportunity to see their friends and others.”

Bambrough added that the funeral took place in Los Angeles in keeping with his sister's wishes and that she wanted the Rolling Stones rocker to be the one in charge of the arrangements.

"I haven’t heard anything at all about a will, other than there’s supposedly one out there,” Bambrough said.

Court documents estimate that Scott's estate is valued at $9 million, her NYC apartment alone is worth $8 million. The NYDY reports that the fashion designer's will is "a final testament of love to her longtime boyfriend."

"I give all my jewelry, clothing, household furniture and furnishings, personal automobiles, and other tangible articles of a personal nature . . . to Michael Philip Jagger,” the filing says.

The will has no mention of Scott’s siblings, Bambrough and Jan Shane. The former, who hadn't spoken to her since their mother's death six years ago, fought hard to have her buried in their native Utah, but the funeral was instead held at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles.

Both Bambrough and Jagger spoke at the event. Shane was not present.

Scott was found dead in her NYC apartment on Monday March 17, after hanging herself from a scarf tied to a doorknob.
