According to TMZ, Cassidy enrolled in a rehab facility last month, but it's still unknown if the judge will give him credit for the time.

Cassidy, who has been arrested for DUI three times in the past three years, was facing up to a year in jail if convicted.

The actor was charged with his last DUI on Jan. 10 after an officer stopped him for making an illegal turn and subsequently failing a sobriety exam.
