Kate Gosselin and her children will return to TLC for an upcoming one-hour television special.

Gosselin first came to fame with her then-husband Jon on the show Jon & Kate Plus 8 in 2007. The series followed the couple's day-to-day lives and focused on their eight children -- twins Cara and Mady, and sextuplets Alexis, Aaden, Collin, Hannah, Leah and Joel.

The title of the show was changed to Kate Plus 8 in 2009 after the couple divorced, and the series was cancelled in 2011.

Gosselin and the children will return to the spotlight for a new television special. The one-hour program will update viewers on the children's lives and highlight how they have grown since the series' cancellation. The special will also discuss Gosselin's life as a single mom, and will feature the family's favorite footage from their reality show.

The special will air on TLC this June.
